Sheena, you might want to post this question in one of the erotica swaps on the Games forum.  I guarantee you'll get recommendations there!

Robin Schone is pretty edgy.  I'd say she writes Erotic Thrillers.  The Lover, Gabriel's Woman, The Lady's Tutor.

Sheena, try Carrie's Story and Safe Word by Molly Weatherfield- very good! Also the Sleeping Beauty Trilogy by Ann Rice- she wrote them under the name A N Roquelaure. And Power Exchange by Madeleine Oh is a good one.

There is a writer by the name of Chelsea Shepard, who has written a story with her lover Adrian Hunter, which is available to read, free, on her website.   Its called The Association.    You can read that free, to see if you like their stuff.

Some of these are not for the faint of heart, if you want to get real edgy

Vonna Harper, Joey W. Hill, Reese Gabriel, Cheyenne McCray (not her mass market series), Morgan Hawke, Shayla Black....if you go to publisher's websites you can search for what you are looking for.

There's non-edgy erotica?  All that missionary style sex in the dark must get pretty repetitive!  :P

(Just goofing around -- I get what was being asked, and second the Joey W. Hill recommendation.  One of her books was the first real erotica book I ever read, and my eyes were bugging out of my head but I was still happily turning pages.  ;) )
