There is a $2 discount for the LARGe flat rate box only to APO/FPO. |

The $2.00 discount is for the APO/FPO marked flat rate boxes only. Ischivalrydead, are you a Blue Star Mother (your avatar)? My wife is secretary of our local chapter. |

The $2 discount will be taken off the LARGE flat rate price to any APO/FPO zip regardless if the large flat rate box says APO/FPO or not - just as a large flat rate box with the apo/fpo print mailed to a non-apo/fpo zip will have to pay the full large flat rate price. i hope this helps! |

I stand corrected, any large flat rate box to APO/FPO gets the discount however the ones marked APO/FPO are to be used only for APO/FPO. Not that anything bad will happen if you use them for another address but I would think there could be a problem to an international address. IIRC the military boxes are marked stating use for APO/FPO only but we've used all of them we had here so I can't check for sure. |

Remember that you pay full retail price for using the APC, you only get a discount on Priority/Express Mail if you pay online. |
