Hello! Here's my question: I requested a book, and got the confirmation e-mail stating that the book should be on it's way soon, but now it's gone from the account page, the books I've requested page, and it's not in the transaction archive. Do you know what may have happened? I just want to make sure it's not coming before ordering another!
