If my credit balance hits zero, will wishlist books still be offered to me or will I be skipped over?

They'll be offered to you and you'll have an opportunity to beg, borrow or buy 1. :)  Don't have 'em on auto request!

They will be offered to you unless you put your wishlist or individual books on your wishlist, on hold. If they are offered and you do not respond, the request times out, then the book is moved to your reminder list and removed from your wishlst.

If you aren't going to buy a credit to accept a WL book-do other members a favor and put them on hold.  You won't lose your place in line and it spares the poster of having to wait 2 days for your request to time out.

I plan on buying credits as soon as books are offered. Thanks for the tip on taking them off auto request

If you have the book on auto-request and you don't have a credit to cover it, it will revert to a regular 48-hour wish list hold, allowing you time to wrangle a credit.  (Unless you have your bookshelf on vacation hold, or your wish list book on individual hold, in which case you'll be skipped over.)

From the help center:

If you do not have credits in your account when an auto-requested book becomes available, the Auto-Request will convert to a regular Wish List offer.

I like to keep a small cushion of credits just in case I get in a lot of wishlisted books in at one time.  I'll go for months wihout anything coming up and then bang I 3 or 4 in a month's time.

You'll still get offers, and asked if you want to buy credits to cover them.
