Beginning Dec 31st, I started counting calories 1200-1500/day and working out 20 minutes on aerobic step. Some days twice a day. But I would like to get an hour in day, whether it is 2 half hrs or one entire hour. Right now 20 mintutes each time is what I can do. So, I'd like to lose 15-20 lbs by 2010. I'd actually like to lose ten by April for our spring vacation. So, If I can just keep this up and not slack off. That is my resolution!
