Horshack inherits a CB radio and he has to bring it to class because if he keeps it at home, some member of his family will have to move out!

At first, Mr. Kotter isn't too thrilled with the idea, but he sees it as an "educational experience", a chance for the Sweathogs to communicate with the world outside their classroom. But, he's certainly not prepared for what follows when Barbarino falls in love with a YL*, Mr. Woodman becomes a bucketmouth** and the Sweathogs become "voice pals" with the members of a private school class and trades insults over the airwaves, getting in trouble with the Candy Man***.
