Great ideas for being happy yourself! This little thick book DOES have WONDERFUL ways of really being happy! I really do mean it! They work!!! I believe you are born happy or mad, and it is up to you to find the "HAPPY" way of life and this book helps you find those "happy" moments! it DOES WORK!!! I LOVED this book!
