A little book in the usual style of DK publishing, with one topic at the top then words and high quality color photographs on each page, to explain the topic. Despite what the title says, this is mainly a cookbook for barbecuing. Covers basic grilling information including the directions for a Weber style grill, using smoker, lighting it, etc. The recipes are not just meat and seafood, covers a few side dishes, flavored butters, etc. The grilling information in the book is not for the basic gas grills, it is for the Weber type grill. Very good for the beginning griller. If you are experienced and just want a ton of recipes perhaps this is not the best book for you.
Lots of good recipes in here ... intended more for charcoal grillers than gas grillers.
This small book packs a big punch! Was exactly what I had hoped for in learning about how to use a charcoal grill. Very clearly written, step by step guide for grilling.
