A good historical book, made for a great read. Not particularly technical more a focus on the human aspect. Covers the moral dilema that scientists faced on a personal level with the making and deployment of the atomic bomb.
An amazing acheivement not only on a technical basis but also on a logistics and project management aspect.
A must read for anybody who wishes to understand some of the greatest scientific anvances in the 20 th century as well as the political and moral forces that have brought us to the world today.
