Book of comedic essays with a wide variety of comic scenarios such as âWhat if Martha Stewart hosted the Last Supper?â âWhat if Mulder and Scully took on Christmas as an X-Files case?â âWhat if Rod Serling and Dr. Suess collaborated?â I thought the book was a little uneven â" some I thought were funny and others weren't so good. However, I think your familiarity with the âsourceâ material affects whether the reader would like specific scenarios. For example, there was a âWhat if Phil Rizzuto did Casey at the Bat?â Not being familiar with Phil Rizzuto, I didn't really find this one accessible or amusing. Overall, a quick read that will give you a few laughs.
