This year I too resolve:
1. Enroll in graduate school.
2. Get up early enough to have a cup of coffee before starting the rest of the daily grind - most days.
3. Find healthy outlets for my compassion.
4. Call friends more frequently just to see what's going on.
5. Be less reactive to my ex's baiting.
6. Find ways to exercise that are fun again.
7. Love myself and allow myself to be present in each moment according to that sense of self-love. Even if that moment sucks.
