You had a person order a book from you and request 2 freebies---you didn't have the book, so you canceled the order instead of letting the requestor cancel, so they order was bumped to the next person in line who had the book---they book was accepted and mailed before the requestor had a chance to cancel, so she is not getting her 3/1 deal and is understandably upset.  She did nothing wrong.  All the confusion is because you didn't follow the rules for deals.
