Fun, light read. I could relate to a lot of it as a newlywed myself, and appreciated how the author turned everything into a learning experience rather than being "down" on marriage. Sometimes it was a little trite, but overall an enjoyable read.

I really related to this book! Not a page-turner, though.

I thought this was a really good book. Yes, it can be trite in places and it isn't exciting, but it contains a lot of wisdom and some humor. Reading the last page, I felt that the author and her husband have what it takes to build a good marriage: "...you don't need the perfect love or the perfect person when you walk down the aisle. What you need is the right material with which to work." Character is everything.
