I can't say enough about how this book changed my life. I have loaned or bought this book for eight friends with chronic back problems and not one of them took time to read it. When you're suffering from intense pain you are not going to sit down and read a book. You want a magic shot from a doctor and reading a book is out.

In 1996 I had a back surgery and removed a ruptured disk. The back pain went away for a couple of years and then returned. I was
very careful to not lift heavy weights or strain my back. I changed careers due to the physical work requirements. I would have my bouts of back pain and thought that this was just part of the way I had to live the rest of my life.

My job moved me to S.Carolina. One day while in a thrift store looking for reading material, I ran across this title, 7 STEPS TO A PAIN FREE LIFE. The book was $.50, less than a cup of coffee. After reading and understanding what was going on with my back I took complete control and no longer have the physical restrictions that I have had to live with for 30+ years. The book was truly a miracle. The exercises are simple and don't require a lot of time. The most important feature of the book is understanding posture. The book gives you concise instructions on exercise and posture.

I honestly believe that I could have avoided surgery if I had known that this book existed. My faith in doctors has been diminished due to my ability and their inability to relieve my back pain and to help me live a normal life.
