This is my 2nd favorite book of Jorge Cruise's. I alternate the exercises with my favorite of his, 8 Minutes in the Morning for Extra Easy Weight Loss. I have made my goal weight and love the exercises and learning how to eat properly and balanced. Thank you to Jorge Cruise. Give it a try today.
