This book is mostly filler.. alot of success stories with pictures of people who have lost weight using Cruise's plan and then about 20 pages of exercises that you can do on alternate mornings in 8 minutes.
The book is pretty inspiring, if you are inspired by others success stories.
I have only been following this program a week and have already lost three pounds! I love the way it really only takes 8 minutes- I finish it while my cats are eating their breakfast! i have been following the food program/ watching what I eat too. He has written a very easy exercise program with great motivational reads as well. Can't wait to continue...
Great book. I don't agree with everything he says in it (I find butter to be quite a natural and healthy fat) but all in all he has some really good ideas and his exercise plan is the most manageable one I have found. I have been following it for the past month and have had very good results.
