Personally, I enjoyed this book, but that's not to say that I don't have my gripes about it. Lately these books have really been focusing on Lindsay's character, which is fine except that the series is still considered the Women's Murder Club .... so why aren't we seeing the other characters more? I also felt like the ending was a bit forced. It makes you wonder what will happen in the 10th book in this series, but it wasn't as good as his endings usually are. Honestly, these are okay brain candy, but his Alex Cross series is a million times better.

I thoroughly enjoyed this book, it is a fast read, if you can sit down with it you won't want to put it down for a minute it for any reason! Patterson really earned this one--the characters are clear, the chapters are short and it goes smoothly from page to page and before you know it -- you're done!!

This is the Women's Club 9th book. It was exciting with lots of action and one of James Patterson's better books. It is an easy read and a book that can not be put down. It takes place in San Francisco with great accuracy. I live in the San Francisco Bay Area so I know that everything cited in the book about the city, landscape, people and atmosphere is accurate. If you are a fan of James Patterson's books, I recommend this book as an enjoyable read.
