My husband and I have been on this diet for almost 4 weeks now. We've lost a combined total of 30 pounds thus far. This is an easy diet to follow and we don't get hungry often. Plus you get to have a cheat meal every week. I highly recommend this book if you are looking for a lifestyle change.
This book actually works! I only posted it on PaperBackSwap because I have two copies. I use it for food ideas and workout plans at the gym. I have lost 50 pounds using it and keep planning on using it. It's not a typical diet, it's a lifestyle change which utilizes a workable workout plan and a great resource for food planning. 5 stars! David Zinczenko knows what he is talking about!
The Abs Diet is a must-read for anyone who is serious about building a healthy body and changing to a healthy lifestyle.
