Great cook book for New England dishes. Lots of seafood. Did not appreciate this unnecessary statement from the author: "The Indians were hardly gourmet cooks", but the book was published in 1970 and those were interesting times. Fantastic recipes - lot of seafood dishes and there is quite a "history" of New England.
