I know this is technically not a PBS problem, but I have been getting a Server Error message on my account page, and I cannot access it.  I can get all the other pages. So frustrating.  I'm told its an AOL problem, and that it may take awhile for them to fix it.  Is anyone else having the same problem?

Do you have Internet Explorer, Kathleen? I was chatting with somebody last night that had the same problem with AOL and they were able to access "My Account" via IE.  But let me check with the other TGs to see if they found another solution.

ETA: I think the quicker solution seems to be logging into PBS with another browser. But I'll contact the Team and let them know the problem.

I'm glad that worked for you, Kathleen. See below the answer from the team (but the answer boils down to what I already told you.:)

This is being caused by AOL showing an expired error page - they sometimes hang on to an old page and show it even after the error is long gone on the site.

Hear are the things we recommend to members who experience this problem:

(1) Restart the computer
(2) Delete the "temporary internet files" (= clear the browser's cache)
(3) If they are using AOL's browser, try using Internet Explorer or Firefox (available from www.mozilla.com)
(4) If they are using AOL to access the Internet, try using a computer that does not use AOL to access the internet.

If this doesn't work, they would need to contact AOL and tell them to update their proxy servers to show the correct, updated code for this page.
