Has anyone besides me read someof these books and become frustrated with the heroine being TSTL (too stupid to live)? After the third book I gave up on the series. She makes Abby Cooper out to have the maturity level of a five year old. And she has her complaining constantly that her boyfriend treats her like a five year old. Well, that because she acts like a five year old. I don't understand why Laurie does this to her heroine. She doesn't do that to the heroine in her "Ghost" series. |

Don't you find her character to be pretty juvenile? It made me crazy by the end of the third book I read. |

It does get better -- I just finished 7 and 8 and she almost has a brain. |

This is one of my favorite series - I really liked the last one! |

I love this series, but I agree, the later books are much better. Someone told me the 3rd or 4th book was the worst, so I was sort of prepared. I like all of the changes in her life that take place in later books and I think the series is very well done - I can never put it down. |

I've enjoyed the series..I think Abby's just arrogant..even after the latest book I think she's incapable of holding down a job or following rules but that doesn't make her TSTL..to me she's just arrogant and thinks she's invincible a bit. |
