Really interesting book. I read her first one "Still Life with Rice" first and found that fascinating. This one is a non-fiction followup to that novel (based on her grandmother's life) and involves her attempts to rescue the family she feels she endangered by writing her first book. I have been hoping for another book from her but have not seen one yet, too bad!
