I have an ARC of a book that has 5 members wishing for it, I know I am not allowed to post in the system, am I allowed to post on the forum? I have looked and looked and can't find anywhere where it says I can or can't.

You can post it as a freebie with another book order from your shelf, but you cannot ask for a credit for the ARC itself. The book bazaar is the place where you would do this. I think there's an ARC thread there regularly too.
