If you are involved in church eldership/oversight, this is a must. I have not read a book so concise and yet so utterly helpful to me about agape love as applied to church leadership. Spurgeon said Chapman (1800's~England) was the "saintliest man I ever knew" and another famous Christian said when someone in his hearing criticized Chapman, "leave that man alone, he lives what I teach." One of his quaint sayings was "If I have been injured by another, let me think to myself--how much better to be the sufferer, than the wrongdoer."
