This is a must read for anyone in their fifties and sixties, because that is when you must act to ensure that your seventies and eighties will be joyful rather than tragic. Harvard Medical School has spent more than fifty years studying the basic elements of adult development, looking at life choices, health, and happiness in hundredes of individuals. The results of this study are in this book. A must and important read!
