This is supposed to charm readers?!? What a terrible, horrible, no good, very bad book. If you weren't in a bad mood before you read this book, you will be after. First off, who wants to read all this terrible stuff to their child? Second, let's not teach our children that just because something happened when they got out of bed, the whole day will be bad. Third, the book never does get good in the end. The kid just keeps on having a terrible day and no one listens to him. I read this one time, and now it's going in the garbage because I don't think any child should be exposed to this.
