Hi, its Spring and I 'm in the mood t read a something with a little love in it . Not a Romance Novel but a SiFi  with a bit of a love story. And just so I can be more difficult I feel like reading a book with the love intrest between a human and an alien. No Trek books Please. Something like Jan Clarks Books or C.J Cherryhs Foreigner series. thanks for any input!!!

Partners in Necessity (contains Conflict of Honors, Agent of Change, and Carpe Diem)

Pilots Choice (contains Local Custom and Scout's Progress)

Turning Point, Lisanne Norman's first book in her Sholan series has an interesting human/alien love story.

Anne McCaffrey's  Freedom series, 4 books starting with Freedom's Landing.   A good scifi story with a non-mushy human-alien romance as part of it.  If you decide you want more passion, try Jayne Ann Krentz (aka Amanda Glass) .  She has written some romances with  scifi sorts of settings, including Sweet Starfire, Shield's Lady, and Crystal Flame.

I second the recommendation for:

Anne McCaffrey's  Freedom series, 4 books starting with Freedom's Landing

I loved this series, and loved the characters. wish there were more books in the series
