A very cute read
Ok that was my original review, but now that I know how to better write reviews.
This book deals with a girl who doesn't really know what she wants in life, everything she wants is taken, the guy of her dreams, and her own dreams as well. So one day when she decides to skip art class, she saves the president by mistake, and her life changes.
This book is interesting, but deals with some older teen subjects. Also that list that you see up above, she does that throughout the book as well, she makes lists. It's a good read, but the sequeal to the book is lacking. The sequeal to the book is called Ready or Not.

Excellent book. Great story and I read it when I was in my 20s! Very easy read great for teens and anyone who wants a good clean story.

Not a large departure for Cabot but still an interseting story about an unlikely situation that seems like it could happen. I read through it quickly and really enjoyed it.

This is a good book for a young adult, my daughter loved it. Kind of a teen romance.

Fun read. My daughter loved reading this book about a girl who felt lost in her family until she saves the life of the President of the United States quite by accident. Meg Cabot is the author of the Princess Diaries and this story is fun and easy to read like all of her stories.

What a fun book! Though the plot is slightly outrageous, the characters are down to earth and easy to relate to. Perhaps Meg Cabot's best book ever.

I never even got past the first chapter. I am very conservative and this had too much bad stuff in it. The writing seemed good...too bad.
i liked it
This is a good book. I have read it at school in may.
This book was quite cute and funny, and a great read when i was 13.
alright but could be better
This book is so amazing. It's about this girl who ends up befriending the President's son. I don't want to spoil anything so this is probably really vague, but it was just... just read it. That's all I can really say.
Such a cute story! Quick read and not really for someone as old as me, but I really liked it.
I did not enjoy this book too much. I got it planning to let my daughter read it but I felt it was too much for even teens. Not a book I would recommend for young teens.
i really loved this book! if anyone hasn't read this book, i highly recommend it.
Absurdly far-fetched? Absolutely, but that's exactly why this is so much fun.

I thought this book was really interesting. Then again, everything Meg Cabot writes is. The book is in great condition and come highly recommended!
A cute teen story similar to her Princess books!
This book is hilarious, you won't be able to put it dow! :D
Great book! I loved it and my teenager loved it!
The story was cute, but I could hardly stand all of the "Oh my ___" in it. There were a few other things I didn't like. I did like the story. I enjoyed the lessons learned. Not my favorite by Meg Cabot, but still a fun read.
Pretty quirky read; wasn't one of her best, but still relatively good.
This book shows the life of a young girl who had a horrible life, but somehow it turns into a better one!
A good book by a great author with an enthralling plot.
San likes her sisters boy friend because he`s an artsist like her. Her parents make her take an art class where she meets the presidents son David. She falls in love with him and she saves the president from assassination.
Another wonderful book by one of the most amazing writers in teen ficton to date. Filled with consuming wit and intriguing characters, the plot goes smoothly throughout the entire book and fits suitable for anyone who has enjoyed any of the Princess Diaries books as well as anything dealing with a protagonist who has a smart mouth and attitude but ultimately is a good person. This book is an easy read but filled with characters who you will ultimately find yourself caring about what happens to them. Great read! :)
I'll admit - I'm a bit addicted to young adult chick lit, and by far my favorite author of this genre is Meg Cabot. With All American Girl, she's once again captured the essence of a young high school girl, who marches to the beat of her own drummer, and yet she's managed to avoid turning her into just another Mia Thermopolos, the lead character of Meg Cabot's extremely popular Princess Diaries series.
Another Cabot classic, right up there with 'The Princess Diaries' and the 'Mediatior' series. This 'All American Girl' isn't the most popular girl - she isn't her parents' favorite child. She's just the middle child who fell into fame. Amazing and captivating!
