Taken thanks Sandra!

New deal - I just got a big box from Amazon today it will hold 50 mass market paperbacks. So the deal is 50 books, mass market ONLY, for 10 credits. Only good to the first person as I only have the one box.

If you aren't sure which books are mass market, I can say now that almost all my MMPBs are romances. But a few of my romances aren't MMPBs like the Diana Palmers which are trade sized.

I have quite a few romances listed that are the only copies in the system. All will be gone in just 2 more days if not ordered before the weekend.

Anything not gone by July 23rd will be donated to our library book sale at the end of the month.

You should only wrap books in plastic bags or paper bags not boxes. You can wrap 6 to 10 books by putting them in a plastic bag, then take a large paper sack you get at the grocery stores and put the books side by side so they make a nice square bundle. Then wrap the large paperbag around them over and over till you have used it up and then use shipping tape to tape it. That way you don't get charged the large priority fees. You should never use one of their boxes cause they will charge an outragous amount of money when media mail is very cheap. I send multiple books this way and I never spend over 4 to 5 dollars depending on how many there is in a bundle. I usually have deals with 5 or 6 books with only one credit and I don't spend much over the 3 dollars that most people sell on here. So, if you use media mail and wrap them the way I suggest or similar it shouldh't cost you very much. Just thought I would offer that suggestion to save you money. I haven't looked at your shelf yet to see what all you are offering, if I see books I am interested in, I will let you know. Sandra

I have now received 18 offers and my shelf is on hold until I get caught up with them.

Sandra I thank you for the advice but I don't and won't use plastic bags as they are bad for the environment. I'm on the management team of an environmental non profit so saving money isn't going to change my mind on that. On top of that my county has banned the use of plastic bags. We use canvas totes for all our shopping.

Also, where do you find shipping tape cheaply enough that using so much is cost effective? I pay 3.25 for a 50 foot roll which goes pretty fast. It's the only shipping supply I pay for everything else is reused.

I would order some but the PO says that the cost of a flat rate box that would hold 15 to 20 books is $18.50. That is just too much to pay when media mail is just a tiny fraction of that costs.

Clear tape rolls at Dollar Tree usually found in automotive/home tools section - of course not the very best quality but does the job for the $1 cost
