Hi Everyone,

I listed probably over 100 books this weekend. Most of them were in excellent (sometimes new) condition. I sent out over 40 books in the last 4 days. My question is, is there a way for me to get rid of the ones that don't sell, without having to join box o books. I don't even want the credits, I just want the books to go to a good home (& out of mine) as I no longer need that genre.

You can offer a deal in the bazaar or donate them locally.

You can give them away on the Book Bazaar if that's what you want.  Or, you could give them to your local Friend's of the Library.  Most libraries have such a group and their sales help buy new books for your library.  That's what I would do if I didn't want a batch of books.  I am very grateful that we have a wonderful library in my town that has a great selection of books.  Right now I have 30 books checked out of the library, most of them large type books for which I am especially grateful.

You could post a 3 for 1 offer in your profile, too.

I take books off my shelf if they've been sitting there for awhile. I also check the reminder list to see how many copies of those books are in the system.  I started taking most of the books to the local VA for the patients in the hospice and inpatient rehab unit. I usally try to do that at least once a month.

you can also try another trading websites.  books with a lot of copies in PBS are sometimes in demand on other trading websites.  Just be sure to remove the book from both sites when ordered from one, so you don't get double orders.
