Before you ask Why, let me tell you: because I can.
The Alphabetical Sale:
2/1 on books with titles which begin with the same letter
3/1 on books with titles which begin with different letters in alphabetical order
2/1 on "Bee Season" and "Beyond Time"
3/1 on "Bee Season", "Catapult", and "Days of Cain"
Remember to PM me with freebie choice(s) and post here so other members don't freak out.
Oh and PS: there's an alternate, "secret" sale going on, but you have to PM me for details. Life being short, I wouldn't bother, if I were you.

Bump -- I've decided, from sheer caprice, that The Alphabetical Sale will be valid through this Sunday, 1-13-08, after which time it will continue to be valid.*
* In case anyone finds that less than clear, it's my homage to one of the world's great jokes, from Woody Allen's BANANAS, where the new leader sets out his post-revolution policies, among which is: "All those who, before the revolution, were not yet 16 years old, are now -- 16 years old."
Glad we could clear that up.
Friendly, if tardy, or, more accurately, clearly the result of intense and warranted laziness, which is to say, it's not you, it's me, a reminder that The Alphabetical Sale continues in all glory until... who can say.
Reminder: 2/1 on books with titles which begin with the same letter; 3/1 on books with titles which begin with different letters in alphabetical order.
(This might be a good time to point out that letters which are not consecutive can still be in alphabetical order -- eg, "A B F" is in alphabetical order as much as "A B C" is. Now, don't go getting any freaky ideas, because there are no bonuses for configuring requests in consecutive alphabetical order, outside of the possible admiration of other members who couldn't swing it [you know who you are]).
What were we talking about?
I'm truly, madly, deeply saddened to report that The Alphabetical Sale must come to a close on September 17th, 2146.
It's been a wild ride, sure, but everything that has a beginning has a mind, or not to... lose one's mind... how true that is.
In any event, place your alphabetical orders now to avoid the last-minute crush that's sure to come. Eventually.
