If you have ever thought of expanding from scrapbooking and cardmaking into altered art or collage, this is an excellent guide. Not only do the instructions make sense, the photos (especially in the basic section) are quite clear. Most of the projects shown have a distinct vintage look, but the instructions are quite adaptable for bolder, brighter styles.

This made my keeper shelf.
