I am always on the lookout for great deals...trying to make our disability $$$ go further in ordering books for 3 people.  I already have a ready source for buying discounted credits, so now I'm on the lookout for more than one book per credit deals.

Here's what we are looking for...

For my mom...

LARGE PRINT, paperback or hardcover

She likes some of the meatier modern mysteries, medical mysteries older and modern romantic suspense but not too graphic please! I'd also like to see how she likes historical mysteries...so I am looking for Anne Perry, Ellis Peters, Elizabeth Peters and their like. I also want her to try Mrs. Pollifax or any books with a feisty older female sleuth.

I know she likes these writers... (doesn't have to be limited to these writers)

Belva Plains, Victoria Holt, Phyllis Whitney, Barbara Bradford Taylor, James Patterson, Ken Follett, Nora Roberts

For my husband...

prefers paperbacks

Vampires...in mysteries and paranormal romance . He has several series he is collecting but we are always on the lookout for new ones, books to add the ones he is already reading and standalones.

For me...

prefer paperbacks

Mysteries, preferably British...mostly vintage and historical, some cozies

I also like historical mysteries about Ancient Egypt or cozies that have to do with anthropology or archaeology

I have about 480 books on my wishlist and am in the #1 position on over 100 of them, if that matters.

I have several of these authors on my shelf, and I have a 5 for 2 deal going right now.

I have lots of mysteries on my shelf. I will do 5 for 3 credits, 8 for 4 credits or 15 for 5 credits. The deal works on all of my books not just my mysteries. Jean
