A quality, concise review of the many complex and difficult diplomatic problems facing the Allies during and immediately after WWII and their responses. It is a good beginning point for a course in the diplomatic history of the war seen from the Allied (primarily American) viewpoint. The author presents a multitude of sources for the text as well as a comprehensive bibliography for further study. Highly recommended.
