This is a fun and educational book! Not only does it have a recipe that is native to each state, ones kids will love to eat, but also gives a little bit of history about each state. Simple recipes but yummy.
I like this book not only as a good cookbook for kids but also as a hands on learning tool.

This book is new. Clean and would make a nice gift for a child who has an interest in cooking. I bought it from the book fair at my daughters school several years ago .. my daughter was never interested in cooking and this book sat lonely on the shelf all these years. It is time to share it. It has 80 pages and is approximately 8x9".
