I've made several recipes from this book that were good enough to make a 2nd time. I can highly recommend the Rise and Shine Cookies(breakfast cookies), a recipe that is easy to vary if you like. I often change the spices to cinnamon and cloves or add raisins. We've also made the Black Bean Lasagna (kids love this), Sesame Pork Tenderloin, and Pan Seared Tuna with Mandarin Orange Pico de Gallo.
The biggest minus for this cookbook is the complete lack of illustrations.
