This book was very well written. It tought me so much about history that I didn't know. It is absolutely delightful. The part that intrigued me most was on the ghosts of Cumberland Island. The mansions that had been built there by the Carnegie family were beautiful. I can just imagine how wonderful it must have been being a child growing up there. Every child had ponies and it must have been a wonderful luxury to enjoy every day in such a place.
