I had an anger issue and this book was very too the point. It's written in a style that you can laugh at yourself for your insanity and it gives good easy steps that you can start working on right away. Helps identify the steps we take into anger before we blow up so that we can start a cooling off routine before we ever blow.

Awesome book and I would recommend it to anyone who has an anger problem that is effecting their family or work life.

Good, blunt, honest book with practical ideas for reducing your anger load. Meant for the truly out of control angry person, but can be helpful to anyone.
