Very haunting story about how the holocaust affected children. There is a lot of heartbreak in this book. However, it leaves you with the feeling that the human spirit will go on, even in the aftermath of such horror.

This is a great read for any teen! It has valuable lessons. It is a book that might make any teen fall in love with reading all over again.
A great, very emotional, book revolving around the Holocaust, and the difficult times faced by those who took part in it, mostly dealing with the aftermath.
