When we signed up last year, my sister was living with us and sharing the address; she had an account and the rest of us shared one.  Now she is married and moved out - she has changed the address on her account.  My daughter would like to have her own account now (she's old enough).  Can we sign her up?

I would ask my 'tour guide' but they no longer have that status like they did when we first signed up.  Does anyone else know?

I think it's one per address, so I don't think she'd be able to.  She could always go and get  a P.O. Box and then I think she'd be okay to sign up.

I think it is two per address so your daughter should be able to as long as she is over 18. The system looks at email addy, mailing addy, and IP addy I believe, to make sure people in the same household aren't just getting POs to get around the 2 per household. If the system flags it as too many per household you can email them and talk about the sister no longer living there.

Only one account can get the free credits so she wouldn't get those. But she'd get her own WL :)

Here's the Help Center info:

Your adult children (adult = older than 18 years) are welcome to join, as long as they do not cause you to exceed the number of accounts permitted per household or address.

  • The limit is 2 accounts per household or address
  • Both of these accounts must be held by adults
  • Both of these accounts must be opened and managed by a different person
  • Each account must be managed by the member whose name is on the account.
  • All of this information is available in the PBS Terms of Use

The PBS policy on underage members as stated in the Terms of Service is:

"This Site may be used only by persons 18 years of age or older. National Book Swap [PBS] makes no representations whatsoever regarding the suitability of any items exchanged through this Site."

It is 2 accounts per address. She just won't be able to get the start up credits, nor will you get a referral credit. But, she can have a separate account.
