When we signed up last year, my sister was living with us and sharing the address; she had an account and the rest of us shared one. Now she is married and moved out - she has changed the address on her account. My daughter would like to have her own account now (she's old enough). Can we sign her up?
I would ask my 'tour guide' but they no longer have that status like they did when we first signed up. Does anyone else know?
I think it is two per address so your daughter should be able to as long as she is over 18. The system looks at email addy, mailing addy, and IP addy I believe, to make sure people in the same household aren't just getting POs to get around the 2 per household. If the system flags it as too many per household you can email them and talk about the sister no longer living there.
Only one account can get the free credits so she wouldn't get those. But she'd get her own WL :)

The PBS policy on underage members as stated in the Terms of Service is:
