I currently have a deal going on in the Book Bazaar, Cookbooks and Diet Books 2 for 1 credit.  Well I have gotten 2 cookbook orders, a different book from 2 different people but they didn't PM me or post the freebie they would like.  So I figured that maybe they don't read the bazaar and didn't know about my deal so I accepted the order and PMed them both and told them about the deal and that they can choose another book.  I haven't as yet heard back from either.  My question is if I haven't heard back from them by the time I have to send the book, should I just send the one and assume they weren't interested in the second free book?

Yes, Theresa. That's exactly what I did, too. I PMed them about my 6 for 2 deal in the bazaar. I currently have 12 orders and only 8 of them have responded with freebie requests. I will just mail the others their single books and assume they weren't interested in any deals.

I set a time limit in the PM.  Otherwise, I ended up with PMs about the second book after I had mailed the book.

Well I chose the absolute last day for mailing on all the orders. So I still have some time if they change their minds.

Like Emily and Pamela, I give a cut off date and time (usually 6pm or so the evening  before I plan on mailing the books).  Pat
