I tried to list a paperback. ISBN, type (PB), author, title, all match...but the cover art is different. Do I need to list as if there is no ISBN?

Cover art doesn't have to match, only those four fields (ISBN, binding, author and title). If a member wants a specific cover they might include mention of that in an RC, in which case it would matter, but otherwise post away!
