Inspired by Paul H. thread...

I have been looking and looking at yard sales and book sales for this book I had when I was a child that I looooved.  I now have a little girl and I really want to read it to her.  My mom gave my books away to one of those "got junk?" people in a divorce - but she is pretty certain it was called "A Quilt in the Attic" or "The Quilt in the Attic" - it's about two little girls, sisters, and one of them is named either Sasha or Natasha and the book is pink and black and white - the pictures are all black and white and pink, and the story is about a rainy day when they bring down a quilt from the attic and make believe with it.

I cannot find it on Amazon or in any amount of googling...  any ideas? :)

but a little Google-fu suggests "Quilts in the Attic" by Robbin Fleisher. There's not a lot of info, but the only plot summary I can find says "Two small sisters, playing imaginative games with quilts on a rainy day, quarrel and make up." (Edit: This site attests to the name Natasha in its summary- Natasha and Rosie) And there is a large but poor resolution picture of the black and white and pink cover here.

I guess it just goes to show that if you waste enough time on the internet, you do pick up a few useful skills.

Anyway, you're welcome.
