I didn't find this in the Help Docs, so I thought I'd ask here.

Okay so I received an ex-library book it seems (I know that ex-library books are postable, but that's not my issue). There is a stamp along the bottom pages, " OCT 2001."

Other than that, the book is perfectly acceptable. Should I mark RWAP?

As long as there is nothing written or stamped on the text pages, this is postable. Writing or stamping on the edges is acceptable and should not be marked as RWAP.

You'll find that ex-library books are frequently stamped.

I am sending a PBS member an ex-library book now that is stamped with the name of the library and the word, "Discarded" as well.  It fits the PBS guidelines.

Yup, I mail them frequently too! I love our twice a year book sale here in Marietta. It's coming up soon too!
