Can we post damaged books in the Book Bazaar and request a credit? I thought there was a thread for that but now all I see is a thread for free damaged books. I have a book that arrived with mild water damage, and it has a huge WL so I would love to pass it along, is that allowed?

Yuppers, you can ask for a credit for your unpostable. Be sure the requester is aware of the exact reason the book is unpostable.
