I've been picking them up here & there for a couple of months, and I have read a few.   Mostly from Book Bazaar specials fillers & BOB trades.  Figured they'd make a good quick read if I was at the doctor or dentist's office with the kids, etc.  or just something in between, when I don't feel like starting another book.  Sort of an in between meal snack..:P  Of course I'm mostly into historicals, but I was wondering if anyone knew of any really good ones to recommend?

Haven't read it, but I've heard all kinds of good things about Bad Boys Ahoy by Sylvia Day.  Based on her other books, I think it probably lives up to its reputation.  Everything I've read by her has been very good, if not excellent.

I'm one of them!  Finally gave up on the WL and ordered it used today.  I'll keep my WL place (wish I could give it to you Kim).  When I get it, I'll let you have it.

I don't know any historical ones but I've enjoyed one called Santa, Baby (Crusie and 2 others - didn't care for the 3rd story but other 2 were good..one funny one HOT!) and 'A Fare to Remember' by Thompson, Leto andsomeone else. one of the stories in this one introduces Domino who gets her own Blaze story. Usually for dr appts and such I like the silhouette/harlequin type books..a little bit more of a story than some of the anthologies I've read, esp if there's a series. I also like some of the anthologies from my favrite authors of their harlequins reprinted into a book of 2 or 3 stories.

Big Guns Out of Uniform is contemporary.
