I read this book in graduate school, and I still have it on my shelf and refer to it often. I have also recommended this book to lot's of people who have problems with stress and side effects from caffeine. Also, this book helps to break down the stigma of drugs like anti-depressants. The author clarifies the differences between various medications like SSRI's and panic meds, and how they work. A lot of people who have panic and depression are actually deficient in seratonin. If you are a suffering from panic attacks or generalized anxiety disorder, you need this book!
