I'm trying to post to a member's WL and it goes to the page that says I'm posting to that member but then the next box (the one where I agree that the book meets PBS posting guidelines) never comes up.  I've been trying for half an hour now.  I've tried on my PC and on my laptop and I've rebooted my internet connection, so I don't think it's on my end.  Grrrrrrr

Do you mean problems posting books?  What type of problems?  Never mind.  I skipped part of your post because I thought it was your signature.  Hahahaha.  I have never posted that way before.  Only thing I can think of is a Popup blocker???

No it's not a Popup issue.  I had 4 books to post to the member and the first one posted just fine.  Now I can't get the others to post.  Ii think I'mm just going to go away for a little while and try again latter.  Otherwise I may get so aggravated that I toss the computer out the front door!  LOL

I had the problem of the disappearing Post button awhile back, and it was solved by deleting cookies and re-logging in.  You might want to try that.  I have had it recur a couple of times since then- I have no idea why it's happening now, all of a sudden, when I've been a member for nearly 2 years, but at least I have figured out how to fix it.  Hope it works for you too!

Hmmmmm,  the Help page for Can I post a book directly to someone's Wish List?
says "We hope that members do not do this too often, as FIFO is really the fairest way of swapping books, but they are YOUR books, and we wanted to offer this option to members who wished to use it."

so I'm wondering if the system somehow doesn't allow multiple postings to another wish list.  In other words does the system have a restriction for ONLY one book to be posted to another's WL?  Has anyone here posted multiple books to another's WL?

From Lesley's post above which I had not read before my post it appears there is a restriction for multiple postings to another's WL?

Perhaps trying a different browser?  If it's happeening on both browsers, it's most likely the site, and not you.

I have IE7 on both my computers but my son uses Firefox so I tried using that and the books posted just fine.  Hmmmm...  Just one more thing to make ya crazy!  LOL

BTW, in case anybody is wondering why I was posting 4 books directly to another member rather than FIFO, they are a series and I wanted to send them all out together.  She gets the whole series and I save on postage.
