I was looking at a book by Mary Higgins Clark and at the bottom of the listing was other books, some by her and some by other authors, and I saw a book description, that looked interesting, but I left that page and when I hit the BACK button, I couldn't find it again. In the story, a murderer is executed and there's an autopsy. But even after the murderer is dead, the killings continue. Does anyone know what book this is?? Sorry I don't have more details. But it sounded so intriguing, I wanted to give it a try.

Thanks! That's it! It was probably listed as one of the "Members who ordered this book also ordered..." And it's that one precisely!! Thanks so much!

Carolyn,

If you have never read any of the Kay Scarpetta books, I would suggest you start with Postmortem which is the first book in the series.  Patricia Cornwell's early books were all very good, though recently they have become rather bizarre.
