I just finished reading Sky Blue by TravisThrasher and was just wondering if anyone else here has read any books by him.  This was the first Christian Fiction book I can say I have ever read.

Hi- I have not read any books by this author- but his name caught my eye. I am attending the Write to Publish Conference at Wheaton College- for Christian Writers- (at any level) on June 3rd-6th at Wheaton College, Wheaton IL, near Chicago. ( not sponsored by Wheaton College)- but the conference is held in the Billy Graham Center at the College, Travis Thrasher will be the speaker at the banquet. on Saturday night Here is what our brochure says about this author:

Travis's dream of being a writer began in third grade after a teacher encouraged him in his writing and as he read The Chronicles or Narnia by C.S. Lewis. Two years ago, he fulfilled that dream of writing full-time after working 13 years in author relations at Tyndale House Publishers. Determined never to repeat the same old formulas, Travis has written 10 novels in several genres, including suspense, adventure and drama. His titles include Isolation, Out of the Devil's Mouth, Sky Blue, Blinded, Admission, The Second Thief and The Promise Remains

For information on the Christian Writer's Conference: Write to Publish go to

Jody,  That's interesting.  I hope you get a chance to read his books before the conference.  I liked Sky Blue and plan on reading some of his others.

He has a Christian horror book called "Isolation" out. I haven't finished reading it yet, but I hear it's good. I think he has another horror type book coming out soon.
